Cancellation Policity

It is our goal to offer the highest quality and service for you and the rest of our clients. In order to assist you better, please let us know about your change of plans with as much previous notice as possible. We also realize changes and cancellations are unavoidable, yet they are costly to our operation .Please contact us in the event that you need to reschedule or cancel your booking.

In order to process your cancellation/refund request please send a written notice to sales@jungle.impulsomipymes.com. Please be aware that refund/cancellation requests are processed within one to seven business days.We will NOT acknowledge any verbal/over-the-phone request or voice mail. Verbally speaking with our customer service representatives will not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or acknowledged.

Cancellation Policy

a) Cancellations made 48 hours before your scheduled departure are 100% refundable. These give us enough time to open the space for other customers. You may cancel your reservation by sending us an e-mail to sales@jungle.impulsomipymes.com 

b) Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled departure time are subject to a 70% refund.You may cancel your reservation by sending us an e-mail to sales@jungle.impulsomipymes.com 

c) In case you won’t be able to attend the activity, please notify Jungle Tour Adventure about your cancellation or changes on your scheduled arrival. There are no exceptions 100% of your total amount will be charged if you missed the deadline or simply not show up.

d) In the event that online bookings get cancelled by any reason, (wether this be by Jungle Tour Adventure or yourself) you will receive the refunded amount back to the same account or credit card you used to book the reservation.

Other Cancellations

a) All the reservations may be cancelled without penalty, when the weather conditions don’t allow the service to take place.

b) In the event of illness, a doctor’s note must be presented in order for you to receive a full refund or to reschedule without penalties.

c) In package arrangements, the cancellation of the activity nulls the package price and the remaining services will be charged at full price.

(The remaining services may cost more individually than the original package) 

Reschedule Policy

a) If you decide to reschedule at NO COST, please make sure this be made within 24 hours before your scheduled departure time. 

b) All reservations may be rescheduled without penalty when the weather conditions do not allow the service to take place.

c) Any reschedules made on the day of the booking are subject to availability and a $5 USD additional fee will be charged per person.*

This policy does not cover transportation costs, if applicable.
